Terms of service

1. Definition:

1.1: "AntiLeak / Service / AlphaAntiLeak" means this Java AntiLeak System which is provided for our customers and the Website

1.2: "We, our" means the Service and its Operators.

1.3: "You / User" means (YOU) as User.

1.4: "Application / Program" means from the customers provided applications which are protected by this service.

1.5: "Customer" means the Person / Company which are using the AntiLeak for protecting their applications.

1.6: "Account" means the Google login credentials which are hold by you.

1.7: "TOS / Terms of Service / Rule" means this text.

2. General Terms:

2.1: You agree, that we are not responsible for any abuse/misuse of our service.

2.2: You agree, that you are not allowed to give your account to anyone.

2.3: You agree, that you are not allowed to give away anything which is protected by this service.

2.4: You agree, that we are allowed to ban you from this service at any time without giving a reason.

2.5: You agree, that your account will be suspended if you break any of the rules stated in this TOS.

2.6: We are allowed to change our TOS at any given time with immediate effect, but you will be notify you about the change!

2.7: You are not allowed to create a new account after you were banned from this service.

2.8: You are not allowed to share your account with anyone else.

2.9: You agree that we are allowed to log your IP, Windows Username, Windows Computername, Processor Architecture, Windows Unique Identifier, AAL Username and your Browser Useragent.

2.10: In addition, you agree not to: (i) upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Site/Program any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data; (ii) send through the Site/Program unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages; (iii) use the Site/Program to harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users without their consent; (iv) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Site/Program, or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site/Program, whether through password mining or any other means; (vi) harass or interfere with any other user’s use and enjoyment of the Site/Program; or (vi) use software or automated agents or scripts to produce multiple accounts on the Site/Program, or to generate automated searches, requests, or queries to the Site/Program.

2.11: The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, and/or display advertisements for third-parties. Such Third-Party Links & Ads are not under the control of AlphaAntiLeak, and AlphaAntiLeak is not responsible for any Third-Party Links & Ads. AlphaAntiLeak provides access to these Third-Party Links & Ads only as a convenience to you, and does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to Third-Party Links & Ads. You use all Third-Party Links & Ads at your own risk, and should apply a suitable level of caution and discretion in doing so. When you click on any of the Third-Party Links & Ads, the applicable third party’s terms and policies apply, including the third party’s privacy and data gathering practices.

2.12: Each Site user is solely responsible for any and all of its own User Content. Because we do not control User Content, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any User Content, whether provided by you or by others. You agree that AlphaAntiLeak will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions. If there is a dispute between you and any Site/Program user, we are under no obligation to become involved.

2.13: The communications between you and AlphaAntiLeak use electronic means, whether you use the Site or send us emails, or whether AlphaAntiLeak posts notices on the Site or communicates with you via email. For contractual purposes, you (a) consent to receive communications from AlphaAntiLeak in an electronic form; and (b) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that AlphaAntiLeak provides to you electronically satisfy any legal obligation that such communications would satisfy if it were be in a hard copy writing.

2.14: You are not allowed to implement code in your program that is used to remotely execute code on the PC of a user. You are not allowed to build code that is only executed on a PC of a specific user.

2.15: You are not allowed to use VMs.

2.16: You are not allowed to create multiple accounts.

2.17: We can not guarantee for the complete security of your application.

2.18: For the sake of evidence we may collect information of running processes.

2.19: If you happen to find a bug you need to report it to [email protected], abusing bugs is forbidden!

2.20: You are not allowed to reverse engineer AlphaAntiLeak

2.21: You are not allowed to access AlphaAntiLeak's memory regions neighter using third-party tools (not provided by us) nor OS settings

2.22: You are not allowed to leak, share, crack or reverse engineer applications protected by AlphaAntiLeak

3. Copyright Policy:

AlphaAntiLeak respects the intellectual property of others and asks that users of our Site/Program do the same. In connection with our Site/Program, we have adopted and implemented a policy respecting copyright law that provides for the removal of any infringing materials and for the termination of users of our online Site/Program who are repeated infringers of intellectual property rights, including copyrights. If you believe that one of our users is, through the use of our Site, unlawfully infringing the copyright(s) in a work, and wish to have the allegedly infringing material removed, the following information in the form of a written notification must be provided to our designated Copyright Agent:

1.: your physical or electronic signature;

2.: identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you claim to have been infringed;

3.: identification of the material on our services that you claim is infringing and that you request us to remove;

4.: sufficient information to permit us to locate such material;

5.: your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;

6.: a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the objectionable material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or under the law; and

7.: a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are either the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
